PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The main house is built on a flat area of the property. Overall, though, the property is not flat as it is located in a lake basin within a mountainous terrain. The property is elevated well above the lake surface and there is absolutely no danger of flooding.

WATER: Private Water System (natural permanent Spring water) shared with 3 other land-owners (none of whom are permanent residents). 10-ft holding tank, m.o.l., with pump.

SEWER: Septic.This is a "mound-sand filter septic system" as required by the county to protect the pristine character of the lake.

NOTE: Because of necessary environmental regulations to protect the lake, it is difficult for lake-side properties to obtain approval for a sewage system. A unique feature of our property is our septic system which does fully meet all environmental codes. Also, our legal water right to spring water is a distinctive and essential feature of this property.

PUBLIC SERVICES:The county road is well-maintained by the county through all seasons of the year. Telephone service and computer access. Satellite TV system.

PROPERTY TAXES: $1,336.74 per year.
